Leadership Program Strengthens Team Eagle
CU Lead, Crawford County’s leadership development program just graduated its 2020 class of participants, and among them was Team Eagle shipping supervisor Shaun Damron.
As the Galion Inquirer describes, CU Lead is a nine-month experiential program designed to build awareness about opportunities that exist in Crawford County and to develop a network of passionate local leaders.

COVID-19 Safety Education
In an effort to continue to keep all of our team members and their families safe and healthy, Team Eagle’s HR department is promoting a COVID-19 safety education program that is designed to inform team members about specific ways they can help prevent the spread of the virus at home to supplement the preventative measures Eagle Crusher already employs at our facilities.
From helpful advice for staying safe at the gas station and grocery store to cleaning and disinfecting domestic objects regularly, Team Eagle is being proactive in providing this information with our team members so that they are completely equipped to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 at work and at home.
