- Grizzly bypass chute and cross conveyor with flop gate to allow for either removal of the material that passes through the grizzly deck for stockpiling or blending back with the crushed material. Conveyor folds for transport or remains out of way of operation when not in use.
- Dual-motor, under-crusher pan feeder with industry-leading discharge clearance in excess of 23” (584mm) enables greater material flow and virtually eliminates clogging.
- Equipped with dual power option, allowing operators to either run via the onboard diesel engine, powered by external genset, or line.
- Discharge conveyor height of 11’ 1’ for feeding directly onto stockpiling conveyor, screening plant, or some trucks.
- TM-15 impactor’s reduced weight doesn’t mean reduced production . The time-tested and proven three-bar design handles aggregates, recycled asphalt, and concrete with rebar and other steel contaminants with ease, thanks to its heavy-duty construction and unique crushing chamber geometry.
- Tether control system removes interference and ensures you’re up and crushing vs radio control.
- Discharge conveyor has easy access grease banks for lubricating head and tail pulley bearings.
- Smart feeder drive system monitors engine load for more efficient production.
