As the crushing industry looks forward to the year ahead, here are three Eagle Crusher portable plants and systems that can make a valuable impact on your operations in 2021: the UltraMax® 1200-CC with Pre-Screen Feeder, the MaxRAP® System, and the RapiDeploy®.

Eagle Crusher UltraMax 1200-CC with Pre-Screen Feeder

The Eagle Crusher UltraMax 1200-CC with Pre-Screen Feeder was unveiled at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 as an evolution of the original UltraMax 1200-CC, one of Team Eagle’s most popular portable plants for crushing materials like concrete and asphalt.

This innovative portable crushing plant was engineered for larger-sized jobs with high volumes of material at spec and includes an integrated pre-screen feeder which allows material at-spec to be discharged before crushing, increasing production without increasing wear on the impactor.

Eagle Crusher MaxRAP System

The Eagle Crusher MaxRAP System is a stationary system designed to integrate on-site with any asphalt plant automation for the production of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) through precise crushing and screening.

This specialized system enables RAP production to be quickly and easily switched, depending on the paving requirements, between top and base material from the control house, meeting the most specific needs of any asphalt producer.

Eagle Crusher RapiDeploy

The Eagle Crusher RapiDeploy is the industry’s only portable plant with built-in, retractable conveyors that can crush, screen, separate, and stockpile—all in one pull. As the need for additional stockpiling conveyors is eliminated, mobilization costs, setup time, and teardown time are significantly reduced.

Additionally, the RapiDeploy portable plant features higher discharge heights on all three of its retractable conveyors when compared to track plants, allowing more material to be stockpiled before having to move it.

These three portable plants and systems are just a selection of Eagle Crusher’s comprehensive crushing and screening equipment portfolio, a range of products that is continuously being innovated by our expert team of engineers to meet the ever-developing needs of our industry.

To learn more about the UltraMax 1200-CC with Pre-Screen Feeder, the MaxRAP System, or the RapiDeploy, we invite you to contact our sales department to speak with a Team Eagle representative.
