Eagle Crusher was thrilled to exhibit on the floor of CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 in the heart of Las Vegas. Over the course of this event, our team showed off an exciting series of new crushing equipment and technology innovations to thousands of customers and attendees.
In case you missed us in Las Vegas, here is an overview of our newest crushing products and services:
Eagle Crusher unveiled its largest recycle jaw crusher yet, the 3260 jaw and 3260 jaw plant. Designed to process large reinforced concrete slabs and aggregates with ease, the 3260 jaw reduces time spent preparing bulky material for crushing and consequently increases production rates.
Additionally, all Eagle jaw crushers can now be equipped with a patent-pending hydraulic toggle relief system, engineered to protect the jaw from damage by uncrushable materials. Our hydraulic toggles offer a cost-effective alternative to typical consumable toggle plates.
Designed to operate at a much lower hydraulic pressure than traditional hydraulic toggle relief systems, Eagle Crusher hydraulic toggles can collapse and reset in a matter of seconds—keeping you up and crushing without needing to regularly replace broken toggle plates.
Eagle Crusher also showcased a new 1200-CC plant, featuring a pre-screen feeder component that allows operators to screen materials prior to crushing with the enhanced precision of its 2-deck 4 ft x 5 ft incline screen. This new screen allows for material already at spec to be removed from the plant immediately, reducing unnecessary wear on the impactor.
The new 1200-CC plant and pre-screen feeder also showcased its 3-deck twin-shaft screen with reliever deck that enables crushed material to be seamlessly screened, reducing the risk of blinding when crushing higher volumes of material, and returning two decks of material back to the crusher for further reduction.
Eagle Crusher also introduced Raptor® line of cone crushers at the exhibition, a welcome addition to our comprehensive line of bare crushing equipment. These crushers have been improved generation after generation with upgrades that allow for increased throughput and convenient operation in order to maximize profitability.
Eagle Crusher is pleased to presently offer the Raptor® 250, 350, and 450 cone crusher models to customers and will soon introduce open- and closed-circuit portable cone crusher plants for the aggregate and recycling markets.
Finally, Eagle Crusher revealed our new EagleCONNECT telematics system at the exhibition. EagleCONNECT will enable portable plant owners and operators to remotely check on important data associated with their plants and other connected equipment.
EagleCONNECT telematics will be available for all new portable plants as well as retrofitting for most existing plants, collecting data from engines, belt scales, clutches, VFDs, generators, and anything else customers would want to remotely monitor. EagleCONNECT allows for both cellular and satellite connectivity options, meaning your portable plant can be monitored from anywhere on the planet.
Year after year, the Eagle Crusher team prioritizes the evolving needs of our customers and pushes the envelope when it comes to innovating our ever-expanding portfolio of portable plants and services for the crushing market.
