If your application requires both a primary and secondary crusher, the Eagle Crusher UltraMax 1200-OCSS is a perfect fit as a secondary crusher. This machine is able to handle whatever size the primary crusher can produce, creating opportunity for opening it up and increasing production.
The UltraMax 1200-OCSS open-circuit secondary plant features a triple-deck horizontal screen module that maximizes screening capabilities before crushing, giving you complete control over the range of product sizes that your crusher will generate.
Material retained from the top deck is fed into the impactor for size reduction while material retained from the middle deck is fed onto a chute into the impactor for size reduction as well.
Material retained from the bottom deck is fed onto a cross conveyor for stockpiling. Finally, material that passes through the bottom deck is fed onto the fines conveyor and discharges from the back of the plant.
The Eagle Crusher UltraMax 1200-OCSS also features a side-discharge conveyor that can serve a variety of purposes. The side-discharge conveyor can transport crushed material from the 1200-OCSS to other equipment for further processing, or it can convey crushed material to stockpiles, or it can carry crushed material to another conveyor for recirculating back to the 1200-OCSS screen for additional sizing.
Dual screen maintenance platforms are available for installation on both sides of the UltraMax 1200-OCSS screen module, enabling your crushing team to conveniently supervise and service the screens with ease in order to keep you up and crushing.
The UltraMax 1200-OCSS produces a high-quality, uniform, cubical product with a minimum of fines while allowing steel contaminates to pass through the impactor without damaging the crusher and causing a shut-down.
