Primary features of the UltraMax® 1200-OCSS
The UltraMax® 1200-OCSS features a 6’x20’ triple-deck horizontal screen module for screening before crushing.
The plant is manufactured with service friendly designs. Screen service platforms are positioned on both sides of the screens for ease of maintenance and the open screen design makes changing screen cloth easy.
Additionally, the UltraMax® 1200-OCSS features the industry’s first lifetime rotor warranty on its solid-steel, three-bar, sculpted rotor – the industry’s heaviest – to keep you up to crushing (North America only).
Additional Features
The UltraMax® 1200-OCSS features screening options for multiple spec products. The top deck retained material feeds into the impactor for size reduction. The middle deck retained material can be discharged as spec product or fed into the impactor for size reduction. Finally, the bottom deck retained material feeds onto a cross conveyor for stockpiling.
Includes removable electrical control panel featuring pre-wired receptacles for radical stackers.
The hydraulic lift and leveling system enables quick set up and tear down by using the hydraulic run-on legs.
Available with a totally self-contained, reliable diesel and electric or an all-electric power. You won’t have to worry about hydraulic leaks and failures shutting you down.
