The most effective crushing operations are often complemented by an appropriate configuration of screening plants and systems that can best sort and stockpile the material being processed as efficiently possible.

Eagle Crusher manufactures a comprehensive range of screening plants and systems that are designed to handle screening and scalping jobs of any size and can be engineered to integrate with any crushing and screening operations, new or existing.

Screening Plants and Systems for Serious Crushing Projects

For producers that require multi-product screening capabilities, Eagle Crusher’s 6×20 Screening Plant can produce up to four products simultaneously, three with absolute sizing, or return the oversized product for further reduction.

The 6×20 Screening Plant features a 6’x20’ three-deck, triple-shaft screen and an integrated 45” feed conveyor that remains attached for transport, eliminating the need for a separate feed conveyor.

Alternatively, if blended products are desired, Eagle offers its 6×20 Screening Plant with blending gates. Allowing producers to blend each screen deck in 25% increments to meet specific product gradation requirements.

For producers in need of even greater screening capacity, Eagle manufactures two different 8×20 Screening Plants as well, featuring a larger 8’x20’ three-deck, triple-shaft screen that can handle larger production volumes and is just as portable, featuring screen service platforms for both sides of the screen that remain on for transport.

Both 8×20 Screening Plant models feature blending gates for each screen deck and are available with or without an integrated 60” feed conveyor that remains attached for transport, eliminating the need for a separate feed conveyor.

For those aiming to maximize their crushing and screening operations, Eagle Crusher’s RipRap® plant was specially designed to provide aggregate producers with the widest, heavy-duty feeder in the industry as the ultimate portable plant in high-production screening and scalping.

Measuring 67” x 24’ and featuring two-step, five-foot adjustable grizzly decks to meet your highest volume production needs, the RipRap is equipped for the toughest screening and scalping jobs, easily transported in a single pull (check with your DOT).
